My Barbecue Journey

I've been Barbecuing and Grilling since I was 10 Years old. My mother made me do all of the cooking in the backyard while she would go in and watch her stories. I burned a lot of ribs and chicken when I was young. However, I figured out how to fix them so that my mother didn't know they were burned, that is when I knew I had a gift. If I was able to Barbecue some of the best ribs she had ever eaten, I knew I would at some point become a guy that loved cooking meat and other dishes to accompany the Barbecue. As a professional Chef graduating at the top of my class in 2008, I've done work as a caterer, as a personal chef and I have cooked for various celebrities including Rappers, Actors, Politicians and Athletes. I've also worked in restaurants where I was the grill man with the gift of creating various spices and rubs for the meats I was cooking. I created my own line of spices, rubs and sauces called Flavor Crank, which I use in everything I cook these days. I swear by those spices and their unique Flavors crafted for everything I cook.
